Gyaan chalu ? is what you are thinking in your head , lets take this blog in a very light conversation , to try understanding the effects of not dealing with our emotions . U ever wonder why we burst, feel uncomfortable , are very irritable over small things ? We feel by overlooking our emtions and bottling it up we can get over them , thats y . Nothing new can flow if we are paused in bottling and ignoring our thoughts . Thoughts have to be processed sat with even if it makes us uncomfortable only then can we go through with it and come to terms with it and let it go away. Think of your mind like a glass full of water , the more you just keep filling it , its only going to overflow , when your mind has to much to deal it it just over flows. You have to let go and feel it to come to terms with new and let new energy and thoughts come in .
sitting with your self and not doing anything is when we feel the most and thats when our mental maths is processing its in these moments we realize , feel and adapt , its all part of the process theres bad days and good what changes us from others is even on the bad days how we treat people dealing with all different things and understanding there problems , maybe for a second they smile seeing the print you have on your tee and thats spreading light love and joy .Thats serendipity in chaos lifes not logical its magical .
